Email your logo in an open .jpg or .pdf format to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to provide us with the exact color scheme if it differs from the file sent. A one-time fee for digitizing and set-up will be charged based on the detail of the logo and time spent creating the file. Set-up fee of $45 for Digitizing Logo or Vector File Only. Both Digitizing & Vector File $60. Adding Digitizing or Vectorizing after original set up fee will be an additional $20. Any changes to the original design will have addtional Art Charges.

Once you have made your selection please enter the information on the appropriate order form and submit. Please be sure to fill out all information that applies to your order including contact, product and design information. There will be a stitch-out fee (based on detail and size of logo) which is paid each time the design is stitched on a garment.

Once we have received your Logo and Order Form our staff will create your quote and email it to you for approval.
Upon customer’s acceptance of the proof and payment in Full we will begin working on your order. Since all jobs are completely custom no orders will be started until confirmation of payment has been received. The payment will consist of the Set-Up Fee, 100% of the total cost of the order and shipping if requested. Our standard timeframe for completing an order is 10-14 days from customer approval and payment.

Quotes will include:
1) The cost of the Garment times the Quantity requested.
2) The cost of the logo per total number of garments.
3) One time Set-Up fee.
4) Total sales tax calculated at 5%.
5) Estimated timeframe for finished product.
Customers will be notified by email when product is complete. If method of delivery is by mail the cost for shipping will be added to your invoice. Remaining amount due must be received prior to shipping or delivery. Payments can be processed through PayPal.

If you are providing the item to us for embroidery please contact us to set up specific arrangements to meet your needs.
WE DO PERMIT CUSTOMERS TO DROP OFF NEW ITEMS NOT WASHED OR WORN FOR EMBROIDERY, VINYL OR SCREEN PRINTING BUT ENCOURAGE THEM TO BRING A FEW EXTRA ITEMS IN CASE AN UNFORESEEABLE SITUATION CAUSES DAMAGE TO ONE OF THEIR ITEMS. OCCASIONALLY A MACHINE MALFUNCTION MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO AN ITEM WE ARE WORKING ON AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR EXPECTED TO REPLACE ANY ITEMS DAMAGED DURING THE EMBROIDERING, VINYL OR SCREEN-PRINTING PROCESS WHICH WERE DROPPED OFF BY THE CUSTOMER.
